Pay & Compensation

$15.00/hour starting pay during the first 30 days

After a 30-day performance review, pay may increase up to $16.50/hour

After 90 days, team members may qualify for incentive bonuses up to $1.50/hour

Tips, travel pay, and mileage reimbursement included

All equipment and supplies provided

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your work may include:

Cleaning and maintaining residential homes

Cleaning commercial spaces and offices

Following established cleaning systems and checklists

Using cleaning equipment and products safely

Delivering consistent, high-quality results
Most importantly, you'll be helping clients enjoy a cleaner, healthier space.

Reliable personal transportation and active auto insurance is required to residential homes and commercial properties in Saint Albans, Charleston, Teays Valley, Hurricane, and surrounding communities within Kanawha, Putnam, Cabell, and Lincoln County.
