In & Out Home Detailing is hiring an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our growing team. This position involves traveling to client homes within St. Albans, WV, and the surrounding areas (typically within a 30-minute driving radius).

This role begins as Part-Time with flexible scheduling and has strong potential to grow into a Full-Time position (with benefits) based on performance, reliability, and interest as our business continues to expand.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

​Perform all aspects of residential cleaning, including recurring maintenance cleaning and one-time deep cleaning.

Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean surfaces to company standards.

Follow company protocols for safety, equipment handling, and cleaning efficiency.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients while on-site.

Report any client issues, damages, or necessary resupply needs to management promptly.

Maintain and care for company cleaning equipment and supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience.

Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel to client locations within the St. Albans area and up to a 30-minute radius.

Background Check: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Ability: Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting (up to 20-25 lbs. regularly, with occasional lifts of up to 35 lbs.), and standing for extended periods.
